Please send a written confirmation for your room booking either by e-mail (info@residence-intica-it) or fax ( +39 0474 913 682). You
will then receive further details about the deposit paymen to confirm your booking.
The reservation is considered final when a deposit of 50%of the total price of the booked stay by check, postal or Bank transfer is paid.
Cancellations and cancellation fees
Room cancellations are accepted only in writing. Up to 30 days prior to your date of arrival we do not charge any cancellation fees. From 29-14 days prior to
your arrival we charge 50% of the period booked. For 13 days and less or in the case of early departure we charge 100% of the period booked
(not applicable if you hold trip cancellation insurance).
Arrival and departure On the day of your arrival, your room will be available for you from 3:00
p.m.On departure please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
If your arrival should be delayed until after 8:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us.
Ordered and unoccupied rooms or beds are calculated (also for late arrival and early departure).
