• Booking
    Please send a  written confirmation for your  room booking either by e-mail (info@residence-intica-it) or fax ( +39 0474 913 682). You will then receive further details about the deposit paymen to confirm your booking.
    The reservation is considered final when a deposit of 50% of the total price of the booked stay by check, postal or Bank transfer is paid.

 

 

  • Cancellations and cancellation fees
    Room cancellations are accepted only in writing. Up to 30 days prior to your date of arrival we do not charge any cancellation fees. From 29-14 days prior to your arrival we charge 50% of the period booked. For 13 days and less or in the case of early departure we charge 100% of the period booked (not applicable if you hold trip cancellation insurance).

 

  • Arrival and departure
    On the day of your arrival, your room will be available for you from 3:00 p.m. On departure please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
    If your arrival should be delayed until after 8:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us.
    Ordered and unoccupied rooms or beds are calculated (also for late arrival and early departure).
