GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

 

Dogs

We accept dogs by prior agreement. We charge your faithful four-legged friend 20 Euro per day and a final cleaning of 25 Euro.

 

Arrival and departure

On the day of your arrival, your apartment will be available for you from 3:00 p.m. On departure please vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. If your arrival should be delayed until after 8:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us. Ordered and unoccupied apartments are calculated (also for late arrival and early departure).

 

Reservation

Please send a written confirmation for your booking either by e-mail or regular mail. You will then receive further details about the deposit payment to confirm your booking. The reservation is considered final when a deposit of 40% of the total price of the booked stay by check, postal or Bank transfer is paid.

 

Trip cancellation insurance

We offer our guests the possibility of a very low-cost trip cancellation insurance.  Link

 

Cancellations and cancellation fees

Cancellations are accepted only in writing. Up to 30 days prior to your date of arrival we do not charge any cancellation fees. From 29-14 days prior to your arrival we charge 50% of the period booked. For 13 days and less or in the case of early departure we charge 100% of the period booked (not applicable if you hold trip cancellation insurance).
